Best Way's To Stay Motivated
This is a short list of the top 3 ways I'm staying motivated. Motivation is hard sometimes we you need a bag of tricks to keep you from falling off that wagon.
1. Work Out Tips
It's a jar and every time I work out I can tip myself $1. Every time I eat healthy for the day I an tip myself as well. After $100 workouts/eating right I cant treat myself to something!
2. Photos
A pictures worth 1000 words right? Let those words be motivational ones to keep you moving! Just looking at this photo makes me want to go and workout!
3. Competition
I never thought I was very competitive... but when friends and co-workers start losing weight it only makes me want to beat them to it! Not in a mean way? Just in a, "I can do it too!"

Eating Right!
Tired of starting over?I am! So stop giving up!
It's just that simple! So I caved and ate some food not the best for me today! No worries just keep going!
So we aim to eat healthy 100% of the time right? So you made a mistake and ate two cookies for a snack today or had a pizza for supper... instead of saying "Urgh fuck it.. I'll try again tomorrow." Why not think, "Well at least I ate healthy 80% or 90% today! Each day we will only get better at saying no to those foods as we work towards our 100%
Now please don't let these words of advice be your downfall... something I do all too often is think "Okay just think positive, aim for 100% if I dont get there it's no big deal!" DON'T let yourself fall into the that trap cause you end up thinking, "Well it's okay if I eat this pizza today cause Serena said as long as I eat 80% of the time healthy."
Some may say whats the difference? But there is, one is a fighter who caved to a craving, and one is someone convincing themselves it's okay to eat that pizza for dinner.

It's a Fat Girl Moment
It's a fat girl moment.
That moment you realize, the guy you like, only talked to you since he liked your skinny friend.
The moment you see yourself in a photograph and think, "Am I really that big?"
If you are like me then you have had these moments... yet here we are still eating when bored, drinking high calorie drinks and catching up on tv programs instead of working out.
I wanted to put a list together of reasons I eat when I'm not hungry. This is what I came up with.
- I eat when it's lunch "Time" or dinner "Time" even when I'm not hungry.
- I get an uncontrollable urge to eat when watching TV.
- Last at night when I can't sleep I find myself making popcorn or other snacks.
- The food is set in front of me and I think "Oh well I'll start tomorrow."
- I'm stressed out about something I'm in the kitchen.
- I'm stuck at home all day I end up in the kitchen.
