Eating Right!

Tired of starting over?
I am! So stop giving up!
It's just that simple! So I caved and ate some food not the best for me today! No worries just keep going!

So we aim to eat healthy 100% of the time right? So you made a mistake and ate two cookies for a snack today or had a pizza for supper... instead of saying "Urgh fuck it.. I'll try again tomorrow." Why not think, "Well at least I ate healthy 80% or 90% today! Each day we will only get better at saying no to those foods as we work towards our 100%
Now please don't let these words of advice be your downfall... something I do all too often is think "Okay just think positive, aim for 100% if I dont get there it's no big deal!" DON'T let yourself fall into the that trap cause you end up thinking, "Well it's okay if I eat this pizza today cause Serena said as long as I eat 80% of the time healthy."
Some may say whats the difference? But there is, one is a fighter who caved to a craving, and one is someone convincing themselves it's okay to eat that pizza for dinner.
