Best Way's To Stay Motivated
This is a short list of the top 3 ways I'm staying motivated. Motivation is hard sometimes we you need a bag of tricks to keep you from falling off that wagon.
1. Work Out Tips
It's a jar and every time I work out I can tip myself $1. Every time I eat healthy for the day I an tip myself as well. After $100 workouts/eating right I cant treat myself to something!
2. Photos
A pictures worth 1000 words right? Let those words be motivational ones to keep you moving! Just looking at this photo makes me want to go and workout!
3. Competition
I never thought I was very competitive... but when friends and co-workers start losing weight it only makes me want to beat them to it! Not in a mean way? Just in a, "I can do it too!"
