Just Do It! Weightloss Isn't Magic!

Back from the cottage! I had a wonderful past few days up there, despite I may have eating somethings I shouldn't have. I am, however, going to be right back at it doing, Turbo Jam tonight.

I did have fun doing some rowing in a row boat around the lake however there was some beer being drank and some big meals being eaten.

Can't wait till next year! 
I was thinking that lately I have changed. I actually want to workout, and want to watch what I eat...
I also want to feel good about myself, and become strong, most of all I want people to notice!
But we can't just sit around and want something... I thought I understood this until I got up and put the effort in and worked out at 7AM. Something clicked inside, and I realized I was sitting around waiting for something to happen. I was sitting around pushing back the day I would start out of pure laziness. Here I am, I know it's only day 4 of 1000 days or more to lose this weight, but I for the frist time feel amazing... And good about the choices I am making!
So if you were like me and just sitting back pushing back days to start your diet, or start a workout schedule, take my advice and just do it! We can make tons of excuses not to workout or eat right, but I have never regretting doing it like when you choice not to.
