Turbo Jam

I did it! I stayed strong today and woke up at 7am as planned did turbo jam for 30 min, and ate a healthy breakfast, packed a yummy lunch, and didn't drink anything but water!
I have to say the pictures in the phone is helping me keep motivated! I tend to change them everyday so it's something new to look at!

Tomorrow, I'm headed home around 3 to work out and then pack for the cottage. I'm thinking of bringing my workout gears so I can go jogging for a bit around the woods! I maybe play some volley ball, or even take the row boat out rowing around the lake. Anything to keep the body moving!
Can't wait!
