Small Update!

Small little update about today! It went well better then most days!
Eat healthier, said no to more food urges! I even did my lunges, crunches, side crunches, and push ups for the day!

Tomorrow I'm waking up early to do a short Turbo Jam workout! It's going to be a bright start tomorrow at 7 am so I can get that workout in and a shower before I head to work for a 9 and a half hour shift.

I want to keep this up and keep working hard to my goal!
Here's hoping for the best!
