I made out a list so I can go to it to remember! I want to try and print this out or keep it on my phone so I can remember... Every time I have a moment of weakness I may post a fast short blog reminding me of this!

Ways to Stay Motivated
- Eat less or no Gluten
- Insist you fit in three 30 minute workouts every week
- Lunges, Pushups and Crunches must be done every night before bed

- Use new upbeat music to workout. A study has shown that women who listen to music as they workout are more likely to stick to it.
- Set my phone lock screen as skinny girls
- Set an alarm every night so I can remember to do my lunges, pushups and crunches.
