Welcome! My name is Serena and this is my first blog post! I want to lose 78lbs in a years time!
My first goal is to get to 210.


How will I do it? 

Eating smaller portions and less gluten. Fresh foods and working out.

What work outs? 

Home Video Workouts!
Every night before bed I will also be doing a round of strength.
50 Sit ups
20 PushUps
50 Lunges

I will get there!
