Just Workout! Tips & Tricks

Update
I have been doing amazing! I weighed in today at 214.5LBS.. Not bad for a weeks work!
Still watching what I eat and working out everyday has helped a lot!

People say they don't have time to workout. I have used that excuse hundreds of times.
"I work everyday, I have no time to workout!"
"There isn't enough hours in a day to workout."
"I have a kids and they take up all my time."

Trust me, I get it, there really isn't many hours in a day and we spend more time at work then home.... however, there is ALWAYS time to workout!
Maybe everyone doesn't have time to spend an hour at the gym but doing some at home routines for even 30 min makes a huge difference!

I have two jobs and a social life, and my issue was always, "I'm either at work or spending time with friends. There is no time to workout."
Well, if you want results you have to find time, or make time... and thats just what I did. If I work a day shift, I work out at night, if I would a night shift I workout before work! If I have plans with my friends, I make sure to fit in a 20-30min workout before I leave the house. If I keep making excuses for myself I'll never reach 140, so I had to change something.
The change was so simple! Just workout.

I also feel as if working out on a regular basis helps keep you eating better. When I didn't workout and was waiting around for weight-loss to happen, I would eat whatever I want since I couldn't feel that guilty since I hadn't put much effort into it. Yet the days I do work out I focus more on what I put in my mouth so I don't screw up my efforts for my workout that day.
Just something I noticed!

So get up off your bum and JUST WORKOUT. You will be thankful you did! Don't miss a day, don't let yourself slip! Just keep fighting!
